Cynthia McKeever, owner of Serenity Counseling & Learning Center, is a compassionate and highly skilled, board-certified therapist dedicated to helping individuals and families overcome and heal from the effects of trauma and significant life stressors. With extensive experience in Attachment-Focused Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cynthia offers a comprehensive approach to treatment for clients of all ages. She creates a safe and supportive environment for individuals and families to explore their emotions, develop effective coping strategies, and recognize the profound impact that mental health can have on one's life and relationships. Cynthia's client-centered approach tailors therapy to meet the unique needs of each person and the dynamics within their family.
